Sign Presenter will not run (sign shows desktop)

Problem

The sign presenter application does not launch on startup and the sign remains on the desktop screen.

Solution

  1. Open the windows menu and type “Run”

  2. Open the run application and type “shell:startup” in the box, then select “OK”

  3. A file explorer window will open. Copy and paste the Sign Presenter shortcut into this folder

  4. Restart the sign controller through the windows menu
