An operating system wasn't found

When installing a DS, we have seen the attached error on a few different occasions.  We have had success with a simple fix that should be attempted when this occurs:

 

  1. Power DS controller off.

  2. Remove the SSD that’s in the DS controller and plug it back in. 

  3.  Power the DS controller back on.
