Sign only shows a blue screen

Problem

After reboot the sign is only showing a blue screen.

Open

Solutions:

• Reboot the Progressive controller - Trust me!

• Check the Sub-net of the sign controller it needs to be 255.255.252.0

• If there are more than 125 total configured progressive it will not work. Look at the bottom right corner of progressive manager.

• Reboot the sign and progressive controller through the start menu.

• The progressive controller needs to be 20.1 or newer.

• uninstall/reinstall Maestro and complete setup again.

• Needed to update progressive controller. This happened during a theme-change and upgrade.

Class2 - “the controller database broke because there are more than the expected limit of progressives which is overloading the database. The sign would run fine all day until something either caused it to lose connection or power. “
