39.1 Data Logger Message Queue Full

Problem

Data Logger full. This is a communication issue between the EGM and the Progressive Controller. Make sure the Progressive Controller is on a working UPS and the controller is not stuffed in a corner with a bunch of items covering it, the controller needs to breath.

Solution

  • Reboot the cabinet

  • Restart the DL Service on the Progressive Controller

  • Ram Clear the game
