Error Code: ‘5100’ with kit status: ‘Invalid’

The LCI kit did not load to the Progressive Controller or it is missing. Check Package Manager and see if the LCI number shows up.

Solutions?

  • Reboot the cabinet to try and send the LCI kit to the controller again.

  • Reboot the progressive controller and then reboot the cabinet.

  • Disconnect the Network cable from the game and reboot.

Been told we can delete the LIC from the controller and reload it but I couldn't figure out how to get this to work.
