Problem:

10.6 GameError: Meters Out of Range

Solution:

RAM Clear

More detail:

Last night, a game got the following tilt (photo 1): "10.6 GameError: Meters Out of Range" (ignore the 5.0, they just had drop team come through). Upon further investigation, I noticed in the event log it was looking for a negative value (second photo). When you look, you can see the amount being "57255" ($572.55). This was correct, however when I looked into the Recall Screen, I saw a spin that was for $3.75 AFTER the $572.55. This would mean that the correct value for cashing out should have been $568.80. The game froze when I was trying to interact with this menu, however logs were pulled and sent to engineering at this time prior to RAM Clear. The game is in play now with no further issues.

I would like to also mention: I did try rebooting player tracking and the connection between VA Lottery (fiber box) and the game, neither triggered a correction or fix. RAM Clear is so far the only solution. The game was "9281 Lucky O'Reilly V2 84-95 Class3" running on 20.2.2 on an Orion Curve (so Atlas 3D).
